Services Provision of NCLB
- Notification to parents of eligible children regarding:
- Availability of SES
- List of approved providers including a description of the services
offered, qualifications, and effectiveness of each provider
- List of eligible pupils, their addresses and parents name and
daytime telephone number.
- List of eligible pupils participating.
- Documentation to verify income status of eligible pupils.
- LEA Parent-Provider Agreements.
