Synopsis of 2008 Passed Legislation 
This document provides a synopsis of legislation passed during the spring 2008 legislative session. This list represents legislation passed by both chambers, but has not yet been acted upon by the Governor and is not yet law. This document has only been provided to give a quick glance at potential new laws relating to education. This list will be updated with additional bills and/or resolutions as the full scope of the General Assembly’s actions have been reviewed.
