- And Justice for All Poster—The civil rights poster is required to be displayed in a prominent location at each site where it is visible to all participants of Child Nutrition Programs. - Civil Rights Training Documentation Form—School Food Authorities (SFA) must provide civil rights training to their sub recipients, including front-line staff, on an annual basis. This sample form can be used to document your Civil Rights Training each year, must be maintained for Administrative reviews and must be kept on file for three years plus the current.
- Civil Rights Training PowerPoint Presentation for Program Administrators—This PowerPoint presentation is to be used to train administrators of all Child Nutrition Programs on civil rights requirements. Additionally there are training tips, notes, and/or talking points with many of the slides. These can be viewed by selecting Browse at the top of the screen, click on Full Screen, and then right-click on Speaker Notes.
- Civil Rights Training PowerPoint Presentation for Program Frontline Staff—This is a condensed version of the above PowerPoint that can be utilized by program administrators to conduct the required annual civil rights training for frontline staff.

This instruction includes detailed explanations of roles and responsibilities, and it removes ambiguity regarding the process of managing complaints of discrimination.
