ISAT TEST MATERIAL PICK UP REMINDER
ISAT Reading, Math, and Science Test Materials provided by Pearson

ISAT test material pick ups have started. It is crucial that you have your test materials ready for pick up as indicated below. Material pick ups can occur anytime between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CDT) and it is important that someone from your district be present to facilitate the material pick up. It important you have your test material ready for pick up before the driver arrives. Carriers typically will not wait for you to complete your material return preparations, and typically are not be able to return later in the day.

If FedEx or a designated Freight Courier has not picked up your test materials by 5 p.m. on the date indicated below, do not call FedEx or ISBE. Contact Pearson’s Illinois Customer Support Center at 800-627-7990, state code 814.

Remember, you are either going to need:

  • Red labels for return of all other test materials. Every box being return with other test materials must have a red label affixed.
  • Either FedEx Material Return Labels or a freight Bill of Lading that is indicated for ‘non-secure’ test materials. If you are a district with FedEx labels, every box with process material being returned must have a FedEx label affixed to the box. Note, if you have a non-secure freight Bill of Lading you will not get or will you need FedEx Material Return Labels.
