Reminder: GRADE 11 assessment data For
Grade 11 PSAE and IMAGE students May 11 is the last
day districts can make demographic data corrections to
the pre-ID file for grade 11. On May 14, the data will
be moved to the IWAS Assessment Correction file and any
additional corrections can be made in this file May 14
through August 3.
Please take time now to be sure all information
in the pre-ID file is up-to-date, accurate, and complete – otherwise,
your data will need to corrected later in the Assessment
Correction file or may not be moved to the Assessment
Correction file in the first place. For more information,

at 217-558-3600 or email help@isbe.net Grade 11 — Scores will be posted no later than July
20, and the last day for districts to check and, if necessary,
correct demographic data or submit to ISBE requests for
rescoring is August 3.
Grades 3-8 — The Assessment Correction file is
available now for viewing and updates. Scores will be
posted June 11, and the last day for districts to check
and, if necessary, correct data or submit to ISBE requests
for rescoring is June 29.
