Spring 2008 IAA Information
For spring 2008, teachers will be responsible for entering
student scores online for the Illinois Alternate Assessment
(IAA). This will be the only way to enter scores.
Online scoring was optional for spring 2007 Writing,
and was required for the fall 2007 Reading, Mathematics,
and Science pilot. Most teachers and coordinators are
already familiar with the system. These training sessions
are designed to assist those who have not used the system.
Pearson is hosting a series of WebEx sessions to train
those educators who will be administering the IAA test
on how to use the online scoring tool.
There are nine training sessions; each session will
be one hour in length.
- Three sessions will be for coordinators
- Six
sessions will be for teachers.
The three coordinator sessions contain identical information
and the six teacher sessions will contain identical information.
An individual can register for only ONE session, so please
keep this in mind when signing up.
To participate, you need a computer and a phone.
Please register accordingly.
