2012 Title III AMAOs Updates
The Division of English Language Leaning (DELL) will notify districts of their 2012 Title III AMAO status via U.S. mail on September 07, 2012.
Districts can find updated Title III AMAO determinations and individual district reports under “AMAOs and Determinations” at http://www.isbe.net/bilingual/htmls/titleIII.htm.
Please note that a district that did not meet Title III AMAOs for 2 or more consecutive years as of 2012 is required to submit a District Improvement Plan (DIP) using Rising Star indicators via the Illinois Interactive Report Card (IIRC) at http://iirc.niu.edu by October 26, 2012.
Details about the 2012 Title III AMAO determinations, as well as DIP submission requirements, will be provided in a breakout session titled “TITLE III AMAOs AND DIP SUBMISSION VIA IIRC” on September 10, 2012, during the annual program directors’ meeting. If your district is required to submit a DIP this year, please plan on attending the session for guidance about the 2012 Title III DIP development and submission.
