National Study of Charter Schools Report Available
The fourth-year report on The National Study of Charter Schools,
produced by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Educational

Charter Schools
"Review
of Charter School Legislation Provisions Related to Students with
Disabilities" examines charter school statutes in 29 states
& special education provisions within extant statutes in February
1998.
"Charter
Schools & Students with Disabilities: Review of Existing Data
1998" (November 1998) summarizes existing research data
& policy-relevant analyses that have focused on charter schools
& students with disabilities.
"The
Charter School Roadmap" aims to guide policymakers through
issues that need to be examined when developing or assessing charter
schools legislation.
