a.  The LEA, at the beginning of each school year, notified all parents of children attending a Title 1 school that they may request, and the LEA will provide upon said request, information regarding the qualifications of the student’s classroom teacher, including qualifications of paraprofessionals serving their child as required.

c.  The school has provided timely notice to parents if their child has been assigned or taught for 4 or more consecutive weeks by a core subject area teacher who is not highly qualified.
