1. NCLB (Title II) plan for highly qualified teachers e.g. plan for new hires
2. NCLB (Title II) plan to ensure that teachers are highly qualified no later than the end of 2005-2006 school year.
3. LEA’s documentation for assessment of local needs for professional development e.g. NCLB program specific plan and assessment report.
4. LEA’s annual report to parents, the general public on its progress in reducing class size. (If Applicable)
