Title IV (specific) – in addition to the general record provisions

  1. NCLB (Title IV) performance measures plan for drug and violence prevention programs.
  2. NCLB (Title IV) plan for keeping schools safe and drug free.
  3. Evidence of consultation with state and federal governmental representatives, community-based organizations, and others with relevant and demonstrated expertise in drug and violence prevention activities during the development of the grant application e.g. minutes of meetings, correspondence and other verifiable records substantiating consultation.
