Health Classroom Assessments Aligned to the Illinois Learning
Standards
The assessments are coded according to standard and stage.
Example: 22A.A is aligned to standard 22A, stage A (first
grade); 22A.D is aligned to standard 22A, stage D (fourth
grade). Sample student work, when available, will follow the
assessment.
22B.F - Peer Pressure 
Use the Decision-making process DEFINE when facing a peer
pressure situation to make an appropriate health choice.
23A.F - Functions of Systems: Digestive
System 
Determine the location and function of each part of the digestive
system. Explain and illustrate how these parts work together.
23C.F - Foods and the Food Pyramid

Design and produce food pyramids that accurately display serving
sizes (portions) based on one days meals at fast food
restaurants.
24B.F - Application of Decision Making
Process 
Students will use the decision-making process to solve a given
health problem.
