State Board Calls Emergency Meeting
Springfield, IL - February 1, 2002 - The State Board
of Education has called an emergency public meeting at 2:15 p.m.
today. The Board is convening via conference call which is accessible
to the public from two locations - Springfield (Superintendent's
Conference Room, 4th floor, 100 North First Street) and Chicago
(LaSalle Room, 14th floor, Thompson Center, 100 West Randolph).
The public session will take place following a previously
advertised closed session that begins at 2 p.m. today via conference
call.
