National School Lunch Program - Paid Lunch Equity Requirement

The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 requires school food authorities to ensure there are sufficient funds provided to the nonprofit school food service account for lunches served to students not eligible for free or reduced priced meals.
