Westland Meat recall—By now, all schools affected by the Westland Meat Company recall should have disposed of any cases of beef subject to the recall. If you have done so already, please fill out the Destruction Verification and Reimbursement Form and fax it to the Food Distribution Program at 217-782-4550.
