Surveys of Enacted Curriculum Awareness and Action Potentials

Meeting Goals: Through access to expertise of the Council of Chief State School Officers and Wisconsin Center for Education Research, the meeting was designed:
- To provide foundation for RESPROs professional develop options for curricular and instructional mapping, as they help their schools,
- To provide perspective about utility of SEC within IMSP evaluation frameworks,
- To pursue utility of SEC for school improvement plans, generally and specifically, whether in MSP schools, academic watch, or “going further/deeper” for any school’s improvement, and
- To initiate an evaluation mechanism for efficacy of curricular/instructional mapping efforts for Illinois schools.
