The Division provides leadership, advocacy and support to districts, policymakers and citizens by promoting equitable access to language support services for students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who have been identified as English Learners. These services will assist them to become lifelong learners, able to contribute to and function in a multicultural and globally competitive world.

Workshops, Conferences, & Training

Individuals will be able to register online for the workshops.  Registration is limited to three individuals per district.​​

​​During the year, this professional learning calendar will be updated through the IRC website, under ISBE events via the IRC, as new ISBE sponsored events are offered.
