Grades 3-8

Below is the waiver request form to administer the IAR (in 2021) in paper format. This form must completed by a district/school administrator. Please ensure that all fields are completed in order to facilitate the processing of your request. The submit button will activate after completing the form. Please note, to receive a waiver to administer with paper tests in specific grades or schools, district/school staff will need to demonstrate a deficiency in hardware or available bandwidth.​

Waiver requests must be submitted by Monday, January 20, 2021, in order to have the request considered.
