In order to serve as an IL-EMPOWER Vendor Learning Partner, an organization must apply and be approved to offer services that support one or more of three Priority Areas: Governance and Management, Climate and Culture, or Curriculum and Instruction and aligned to the seven Illinois Quality Framework standards to target for school improvement.  School and district officials can click on the corresponding button(s) below to search through approved Learning Partners with evidence-based school improvement success supporting the standard(s) as identified by the Illinois Quality Framework Supporting Rubric so schools can easily find an approved Learning Partner that meets their needs. ​

BY PRIORITY AREA​​

The Illinois Quality Framework Supporting Rubric is a part of the school improvement process that helps schools identify one or more of three Priority Areas:  Governance and Management, Climate and Culture, or Curriculum and Instruction and aligned to the seven Illinois Quality Framework standards to target for school improvement.  School and district officials can click on the corresponding button(s) below to search through approved Learning Partners with evidence-based school improvement success supporting the standard(s) as identified by the Illinois Quality Framework Supporting Rubric so schools can easily find an approved Learning Partner that meets their needs.

Note:  Several approved Vendor and Peer Learning Partners have been identified as serving multiple Priority Areas and are listed in the All Service Area button.​

By Region​

As part of the application and vetting process, each approved Learning Partner has identified the Regions(s) within the State of Illinois in which they are able to provide support.  Schools and districts can click on the Region in which they are located to view a list of approved Learning Partners that will support that Region.  Please note that schools and districts are to then narrow the list of Learning Partners that specialize in one of the three priority Priority Areas (Governance and Management, Curriculum and Instruction, and Culture and Climate) to target for school improvement.  School and district officials can click on the corresponding button(s) to search through approved Learning Partners with evidence-based school improvement success supporting the standard(s) as identified by the Illinois Quality Framework Supporting Rubric so they can easily find an approved Learning Partner that meets their needs.
