The RSSCEP program is specifically aimed at assisting suspended or expelled youth to become reoriented and motivated to complete their education by allowing a student to participate in career-related classroom and structure cooperative work experience environment. Please provide the following information pertaining to the participants of the RSSCEP program in your region.

1. Number of students served by the RSSCEP grant?  
2. Number of students served by the RSSCEP grant that transitioned from the RSSCEP program to their home school?  
3. Number of students served by the RSSCEP grant that were unable to transition back to their home school due primarily to attendance issues (unexcused absences, showing up late/leaving early, excessive absences) at school or their training site?  
4. Number of students that received high school credit upon successful completion of the cooperative education program?  
5. Number of students known to have maintained employment through the summer?  
6. Number of students served by the RSSCEP grant that lost their job because of unfavorable circumstances or events?  
7. Average number of days students stay enrolled in the RSSCEP program?  

The RSSCEP program requires classroom instruction and supervision time. Each student should receive individualized classroom instruction and supervision time that is equal to one-half hour or more per week. The teacher-coordinator is responsible for implementation and supervision of the RSSCEP program. Please answer the following questions related to the RSSCEP program personnel.

1. Does the teacher possess a CTE Professional Educator License (PEL) or CTE Educator License with Stipulations?

2. Number of students that participated in a minimum of 10 hours per week of paid work experience?  
3. How many career exploration experiences occurred during the school year?  
4. List local employers that provided work experiences for RSSCEP students. Provide the employer name and job title(s) of students.
