Indicator 11 is a compliance indicator that measures the percentage of children with initial consent to evaluate, who were evaluated and had eligibility determined within 60 school days of receiving parental consent for an initial evaluation.  School days are defined as a pupil attendance day based on the evaluating district’s official calendar submitted annually to ISBE.  If parental consent is obtained with fewer than 60 pupil attendance days left in the school year, the eligibility determination shall be made and the IEP meeting shall be completed prior to the first day of the following school year.
