Smart Start Preschool Deserts - For FY25 PFA/PFAE RFP
Priority points, as stated in the RFP, will be given to applicants proposing to provide services in the early childhood deserts. The desert list was developed based on there being enough Preschool for All/Preschool Expasnion and Head Start slots to serve at least 80% of eligible children. The desert list below is identified by school district boundary. Community-based programs, when identifying if you are in a desert, please find your closest school district on the list.
