UPDATE: May 15, 2024
IAR Spring 2024 OnDemand Reports are now available in PearsonAccessnext to those users with the district or school test coordinator role or those with report access. An OnDemand Report score is provided for each student record that received a valid score. A score is considered valid if the record has met the rules for "attemptedness" and has not been voided.
To access these reports/files:
- Log in to PearsonAccessnext.
- Confirm the correct administration dates:
Illinois > 2023-2024>IL IAR Spring 2024.
- Go to Reports>OnDemand Reports.
- On the left side of the screen, you may filter by
Test Name,
Subject Name,
Grade, or
Performance Level. You may also search for specific students.
Student information can be downloaded using the print icon on the right of the ODR screen. Student lists can be downloaded for selected students as a PDF, CSV, or Excel file.
Additional information can be found in the
OnDemand Report Guidance document.
Assessment Enrollment Verification
District and school staff should compare this report with local records to verify all tested students are reported correctly prior to scores being posted. The report highlights students with multiple enrollments during the testing window. If the student is not on the report, immediately enroll the student in the Student Information System (SIS) during the testing window. To access this report, log in to SIS, choose “Reports” on the left, then “Student,” then “Assessment,” then “Assessment Enrollment Verification Report,” and finally “Details.”
- The deadline for districts to add and correct school year 2023-24 SIS enrollment data is
July 31, 2024.
- Verify that report counts match your local assessment roster and the students who tested:
- Appear on the report (i.e., enrolled in SIS during the test window).
- Show the correct grade level at the time of testing.
- Show the appropriate
Test to Be Taken. (IDEA Indicator and Alternate Assessment must be “Yes” for DLM-AA.)
- Show accurate
First Year in U.S. School indicator (from the “EL Information” tab in SIS enrollment).
Assessment Corrections and Scores Review Procedures
Districts and schools will have until Aug. 23 to review/correct their IAR testing data.
You can start entering your RNVTA codes for students who did not test on Wednesday, May 15. (RNVTA Code Descriptions)
Please refer to the
Assessment Correction and Score Review Procedures Guidelines for further dates and details.
The IAR scores will be available in SIS by July 22. Districts and schools will be able to view scores and resolve any error codes that may be present at that time. The deadline for all IAR corrections is Aug. 23.
