The Standards and Instruction department supports professional learning by showcasing in-person and virtual professional development opportunities available across the state. Teachers, and school support services personnel must complete professional development to renew their license regardless of the number or types of degrees held.

When reviewing available Professional Development, please double check that the organizer who is providing the learning opportunity is an Approved Illinois Professional Development ProviderPDF Document. Please note, all professional learning opportunity information is provided to ISBE directly from the provider. ISBE is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
