Peer Assistant and Review Program (PAR). Administrators and principals work to keep multiple lines of communication open with teachers regarding every aspect of the evaluation process. Bensenville aims for a mutual partnership between administration and staff so evaluations are viewed as a form of support, not a form of criticism.
