The Illinois State Board of Education's Nutrition Department is committed to working with school nutrition professionals, industry members, and advocacy groups to gain knowledge about program operations to better administer School Nutrition Programs throughout Illinois schools. Beginning School Year 2018-19, ISBE created the Illinois School Nutrition Advisory Council (IL SNAC) to share this feedback.
