Summer EBT is a federally funded program that provides grocery-buying benefits to low-income families with school-aged children when schools are closed for the summer. The Illinois Department of Human Services administers Summer EBT with assistance from the Illinois State Board of Education. School Food Authorities can email sebt@isbe.net with questions. Households should contact IDHS for questions about benefit issuance, including lost or stolen cards.
