The EIS application performs validations on submitted Employee attributes using the batch process or online interface. Through the online interface, the users receive interactive error messages based on failed validation checks. With both methods, the user then has the opportunity to correct errors and resubmit the transaction. Use the EIS Data Elements and Validations document to review and prepare your EIS data collection submissions. Each EIS Data Object (or collection) provides data element definitions and coding requirements.
