Ensuring that the agency’s programs, services, activities, events, and communications are accessible and usable to all persons who primarily speak a language other than English is essential to engaging families and communities as partners in the equitable education of Illinois’ students. Therefore, interpretation (oral by telephone or in-person) as well as translation (written) is available free of charge.
