With Ed360, educators login using their Google Apps for Education account.

Once Google Apps for Education identifies an educator, district employment data (as entered into ISBE’s Employment Information System) authorizes the educator's access level. Access levels define a user's role and ability to view data in Ed360.

Google Apps for Education is the most common sign-in used by Illinois teachers and students, based on a recent technology survey. Google Apps for Education features a simple and cost-effective implementation, which unlocks access to Ed360.

Feel confident your data is safe. Ed360 has implemented industry standard security protocols for user access.

Using Google Apps for Education makes granting and removing educator access to Ed360 easy. When an administrator disables an educator account in Google Apps for Education, access to Ed360 will be removed simultaneously. This helps maintain local control of access to Ed360.

Data will be updated on the dashboard nightly. If data entry personnel enter new student data into ISBE SIS on Tuesday, for example, it will be viewable in Ed360 on Wednesday morning.
