edTPA waived through 8/31/2029 per PA 104-0128​​

• Completed a Teacher Performance Assessment​
• edTPA (passed as part of a teacher preparation program)
• Use one of the following forms:
• 80-02 State-Approved Program and Completion of Standards Verification
• 80-01A: Out-of-State Applicant Verification of EdTPA
• edTPA (scores meet IL requirements)
• Have official scores sent from Pearson
• Out of State Teacher Performance Assessment (passed as part of a teacher preparation program)
• Use one of the following forms:
• 80-02 State-Approved Program and Completion of Standards Verification
• 80-01A: Out-of-State Applicant Verification of EdTPA
  
  
• Did not complete a Teacher Performance Assessment
• Provide evidence with your application of having at least one year of full-time teaching experience and having achieved a "proficient" or higher (or equivalent) rating on your most recent performance evaluation.  Use form 80-01: Out-of-State Applicant Request to Waive EdTPA.
• Enroll in the student teaching portion of an educator preparation program and complete the edTPA during this time. ​​
