"It is All About Communication and Support"
See how Bensenville Elementary uses communication as their key to promoting and implementing educational initiatives. Bensenville teachers, administrators and staff have enthusiastically embraced peer evaluation as part of the district’s
Peer Assistant and Review Program (PAR). Administrators and principals work to keep multiple lines of communication open with teachers regarding every aspect of the evaluation process.
