Charter schools in Illinois are granted wide flexibility in determining curriculum, "seat time", programming, and many other areas. However, there are laws and policies that are applicable to charter schools.  The information below provides general guidance, as well as links to specific laws and rules charter schools by which charter schools must abide. Title I Resources

All information regarding Title Grants can be found on ISBE's Title Grants page. Title I eligible charter schools may apply for Title I, II and/or IV programming. Please see the Title page for full information and requirements.
