Section 5-60 of the School Construction Law requires the Illinois State Board of Education and the Capital Development Board to file a comprehensive assessment report of the capital needs of all school districts with the General Assembly the General Assembly every two years.
School districts should complete and submit the Capital Needs Assessment Survey via email to finance1@isbe.net by September 13, 2024.
