Illinois School Code [105 ILCS 5/10-20.56] authorized a pilot program for the use of e-learning days by three school districts to provide instruction while the students were not in attendance at the school to which they were assigned.
Public Act 101-0012
amends the Act by enabling all school districts to take advantage of e-Learning.
